Ports and passages
Specify channel geometry, port locations, thread standards, and connector interfaces. Include sections where internal geometry is not clear from the model.
Fluid and gas interfaces
Custom fluidic manifold machining for multiport blocks, connection features and instrument fluid paths. We work from your drawings in engineering plastics and metals, with material and interface requirements reviewed for each component.
Send a fluid-path drawing →Understand the interfaces
Fluid-path components bring together internal passages, threaded connections, sealing faces, and mounting features. We review those details alongside the material specification and instrument assembly requirements.
Kangsenlong machines engineering plastic and transparent multiport components for fluid and gas applications. Equipment applications include IVD diagnostics, analytical instruments, life science automation and environmental testing.
Tell us what the component will contact and how it will be assembled. Material selection, pressure requirements, sealing design, and validation criteria must be confirmed for the actual operating conditions.

Drawing review
Specify channel geometry, port locations, thread standards, and connector interfaces. Include sections where internal geometry is not clear from the model.
Identify sealing faces, grooves, mating components, and critical fits. Surface requirements should be stated on the drawing.
Specify the material grade, contact media, cleanliness expectations, and any required dimensional or functional checks.
Our team reviews functional dimensions and the appropriate measurement method. CMM, vision, and height measurement are available within our quality-control scope, with the inspection plan agreed for the component.
Dimensional inspection alone is not a pressure rating, a chemical-compatibility guarantee, or proof of leak-tight performance. If a leak test, pressure test, cleaning process, or special packaging is required, include its procedure and acceptance criteria in the RFQ so scope and feasibility can be confirmed.
We can discuss PEEK, POM, PVDF, PTFE, PPS, PP, acrylic, and metal machining within our stated capability. No single material is assumed suitable for every fluid system.
In hematology analyzers, clinical chemistry systems, liquid chromatography, and mass spectrometry, a single microscopic burr or out-of-spec sealing counterbore can cause carryover contamination, pressure drops, or reagent leaks.
Our scope includes machined fluid and gas path components and multi-hole structures. Send the drawing and internal passage details for a feasibility review.
Not automatically. Required procedures, acceptance criteria, and responsibility for testing must be discussed and confirmed as part of the project scope.
Our component experience includes transparent parts for observation applications. Specify the material grade, viewing surfaces and acceptance requirements for review. Optical performance is defined by the project specification.
