Complex component geometry
Our machining scope includes 4-axis and 5-axis machining centers for complex curved surfaces, arcs, tapers, multi-hole features and assembly faces. Send the 3D model and dimensioned drawing so we can review tool access, workholding and the surfaces that control assembly.
For milled and turned parts, specify datum references, critical tolerances, threads and surface requirements. The machining route and inspection scope are confirmed for the individual component. Explore our dimensional inspection approach.
